1. Place your order on our website and receive an instant confirmation email.
2. You make payment by your chosen method (if you haven't already done so by credit card during the checkout)
3. You receive an email from us confirming receipt of money and order approval.
4. You receive an email from us that your goods & Tax Invoice have been shipped.

We create most items to order. These are the expected production & delivery timelines.

Jewellery Production Time [production time starts from day after payment is received]
Titanium Wedding Rings - 6 working days (3 working days upon payment of a $25 fast track fee)
Gold Wedding Rings (not diamond set) 6 working days (3 working days upon payment of a $25 fast track fee)
Silver Jewellery - Mostly in stock available immediately
Plain Gold Jewellery - 8 working days 
Diamond/Gemstone set Jewellery - 12 working days (depending on complexity)
Custom Made Jewellery - 14 working days [production time starts from the later of design finalisation or payment receipt]
(Urgent orders may be accommodated by request at faster times)

NB: "Working Day" is defined as Monday to Friday except public holidays.

All goods are Gift Packed, Insured and Delivered free of charge throughout Australia and its territories. We deliver using registered and insured Australia Post.

If we find that you have ordered an item that was incorrectly priced or incorrectly described we will immediately contact you, before processing your order, for your instructions. 

Custom Designs
Ejeweller.com.au retains any intellectual property arising from a custom made design irrespective of the level of design input of a customer.

Shipping
All orders are shipped insured and registered and so must be signed for by the recipient either at their delivery address or at the local post office if no-one is available at the delivery address to sign.

Cancellation
If you would like to cancel your order please do so as early as possible by simply sending an email to info@ejeweller.com.au stating your desire to cancel the order. Include your name and address, and the order number supplied when the order was placed. Items that are special quoted orders, or custom made to your instructions, and all watches will incur a 20% restocking fee if manufacture has commenced or goods have been ordered.

Money Back Guarantee

Refunds
If you are not happy with the quality of an item purchased from our site, or you believe that the item received is not exactly as pictured on our online catalogue, then simply return your purchase in its original condition and packaging together with the invoice within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price less our original postage and insurance costs. This return guarantee does not apply if you have simply changed your mind or if your circumstances have changed. It is intended to guarantee the quality of our products and to safeguard the customer against errors. Please note refunds will not be given for items that show signs of having been worn, or are not in their original condition and packaging. Items that are 'clearance' items or custom made or modified to your instructions will incur a 12.5% restocking fee.

Method of Refund
EJeweller.com.au will refund money via the same method as payment was made to us after the goods are received and checked (around 3 working days).

How to make a return
The return process is simple.
All we ask is that you print and fill in the Returns Form below, and return the product in its original condition with its packaging. We recommend you send the goods by registered & insured post as we are not responsible for the goods until we have received them.

Returns Information

If your goods seem to have been damaged in transit or are otherwise faulty please contact us immediately.
