We create most items to order. Each
product detail page outlines the production time for that
item.

arising from a custom made design irrespective of the level of design

Shipping
All orders are shipped registered and so must be
signed for by the recipient either at their delivery address or at the
local post office if no-one is available at the delivery address to
sign.
Cancellation
If you would like to cancel your order please do so as
early as possible by simply sending an email to info@ejeweller.com.au stating your
desire to cancel the order. Include your name and address, and the order
number supplied when the order was placed. Items that are special quoted
orders, or custom made to your instructions, and all watches will incur a
20% restocking fee if manufacture has commenced or goods have been
ordered.

Risk in any goods supplied by
eJeweller.com.au shall pass to the customer when goods are delivered to
the customer, however, ownership and property in each item of the goods
supplied is retained by eJeweller.com.au until payment in full of the

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded
under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to replacement or
refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably
foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods
repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the
failure does not amount to a major failure.
Refunds If you are not happy with the quality of an item purchased
from our site, or you believe that the item received is not exactly as
pictured on our online catalogue [note colour representation can vary
depending on your monitor's settings], then simply return your purchase in
its original condition and packaging together with the invoice within 30
days for a full refund of the purchase price less our original postage and
insurance costs. This return guarantee does not apply if you have changed
your mind, if your circumstances have changed, or you ordered the wrong
item. It is intended to guarantee the quality of our products and to
safeguard the customer against any mistake we may make. Please note
refunds will not be given for items that show signs of having been worn,

post as we are not responsible for the goods until we have received them.
