We are Sydney based jewellery manufacturers & diamond importers bringing you cost savings by offering our jewellery and diamond range directly through our secure online store. The online business model allows us to operate our workshop and offices from modest premises without the need for extravagant jewellery display cabinets, high shopfront rent, and sales staff costs. These efficiencies ultimately benefit you.

Over 80% of the jewellery offered on our website is made by our jewellers in our workshop. Most of the remainder is bought in from reputable Australian manufacturers and only some of the silver jewellery and some diamonds are imported. We have accredited experts with decades of experience on hand ready, and happy, to answer any question, or allay any concerns you may have.

1. Place your order on our website and receive an instant automated confirmation email.
2. You make payment by your chosen method (if you haven't already done so by credit card or Paypal during the checkout)
3. You receive an email from us ONLY if further information is required, or if we DO NOT receive payment.
4. You receive an email from us that your jewellery & Tax Invoice have been shipped.

We create most items to order. Each product detail page outlines the production time for that item.

These are the expected production & delivery timelines:

Vouchers
All vouchers used on our website by you are used on the understanding that we may refuse an invalid or expired voucher irrespective of whether our website accepts a voucher's input during the ordering process.

Fraud
Ejeweller.com.au reserves the right to refuse to fulfil orders which it deems likely to be fraudulent or of a high risk nature. Any suspected fraudulent activity will be immediately reported to the authorities without exception.

Custom Designs
Ejeweller.com.au retains any intellectual property arising from a custom made design irrespective of the level of design input of a customer.

Shipping
All orders are shipped registered and so must be signed for by the recipient either at their delivery address or at the local post office if no-one is available at the delivery address to sign.

Cancellation
If you would like to cancel your order please do so as early as possible by simply sending an email to info@ejeweller.com.au stating your desire to cancel the order. Include your name and address, and the order number supplied when the order was placed. Items that are special quoted orders, or custom made to your instructions, and all watches will incur a 20% restocking fee if manufacture has commenced or goods have been ordered.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Refunds
If you are not happy with the quality of an item purchased from our site, or you believe that the item received is not exactly as pictured on our online catalogue [note colour representation can vary depending on your monitor's settings], then simply return your purchase in its original condition and packaging together with the invoice within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price less our original postage and insurance costs. This return guarantee does not apply if you have changed your mind, if your circumstances have changed, or you ordered the wrong item. It is intended to guarantee the quality of our products and to safeguard the customer against any mistake we may make. Please note refunds will not be given for items that show signs of having been worn, or are not in their original condition and packaging.

Method of Refund
EJeweller.com.au will refund money via the same method as payment was made to us after the goods are received and checked (around 3 working days).

How to make a return
The return process is simple. Firstly send us an email and then print and fill in the Returns Form below, and return the product in its original condition with its packaging. We recommend you send the goods by registered & insured post as we are not responsible for the goods until we have received them.

Returns Information
Please provide us with the information outlined below. The return slip must be cut and sent with the goods.

If your goods seem to have been damaged in transit or are otherwise faulty please contact us immediately for full refund/replacement. Send us an email before returning goods.
